2. Digital Products

Desigine primarily sells digital products, including templates, printables, graphics, fonts, courses, asset packs and other downloadable content. The relevant product listing provides the primary information about what is included, available formats, access method, compatibility requirements and any product-specific license.

3. Orders, Pricing and Payment

Prices and applicable charges are displayed during the purchasing process. Prices may change from time to time. You authorize the applicable payment provider to process payment for your order. Payment processing may also be subject to the payment provider’s own terms and policies.

4. Digital Delivery and Access

After successful payment, digital products may be delivered through your account, an order page, email or another electronic delivery method. 5. Refunds and Returns

Because digital products can be delivered and copied electronically, they are generally not returnable after successful delivery or download. Purchasing a digital product does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unless expressly permitted, you must not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload, sublicense or claim Desigine’s original digital files as your own. If a product includes a separate license, the more specific product license applies to that product.

8. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your account credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, payment systems or digital products, subject to applicable law.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or download restrictions, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation, conduct fraudulent activity, or systematically copy protected content without permission.
