What these terms cover
These terms are designed around a digital-first store: electronic delivery, product licenses, responsible use, payments, support and consumer rights.
⬇️
Digital delivery
Products are delivered electronically through the method described on the relevant product page or order.

Product licenses
Purchasing a file does not automatically transfer copyright. Your permitted use follows the applicable product license.

BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
Know what you’re buying — and how you can use it.
Please review each product’s description, previews, file formats, included content, compatibility requirements and license information before completing your purchase.

Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Desigine, creating an account, placing an order, downloading a product or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any product-specific terms presented before purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
2. Digital Products
Desigine primarily sells digital products, including templates, printables, graphics, fonts, courses, asset packs and other downloadable content. The relevant product listing provides the primary information about what is included, available formats, access method, compatibility requirements and any product-specific license.
3. Orders, Pricing and Payment
Prices and applicable charges are displayed during the purchasing process. Prices may change from time to time. You authorize the applicable payment provider to process payment for your order. Payment processing may also be subject to the payment provider’s own terms and policies.
4. Digital Delivery and Access
After successful payment, digital products may be delivered through your account, an order page, email or another electronic delivery method. Delivery can depend on payment verification and technical systems. If you experience a genuine delivery or access problem, please contact us so we can investigate and reasonably assist.
5. Refunds and Returns
Because digital products can be delivered and copied electronically, they are generally not returnable after successful delivery or download. Genuine problems may qualify for a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Desigine and its licensors retain intellectual-property rights in our website, branding, original product files, graphics, text and other content. Purchasing a digital product does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
7. Product Licenses and Permitted Use
Your permitted use of a purchased digital product is determined by the license or usage terms supplied with that product. Unless expressly permitted, you must not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload, sublicense or claim Desigine’s original digital files as your own. If a product includes a separate license, the more specific product license applies to that product.
8. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your account credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, payment systems or digital products, subject to applicable law.
9. Prohibited Activities
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or download restrictions, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation, conduct fraudulent activity, or systematically copy protected content without permission.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Desigine may use or link to third-party payment providers, software, platforms, marketplaces and other services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Desigine is not responsible for independent third-party content, availability or practices.
11. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, hosting problems, payment-provider outages, internet failures, security events and other circumstances may temporarily affect access.
12. Privacy
Your use of the website is also subject to our privacy practices. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is handled.
13. Fraud, Abuse and Chargebacks
We may take reasonable steps to verify transactions and prevent fraud or abuse. Where permitted and necessary, we may provide relevant order, delivery and support records to a payment provider when responding to a payment dispute.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Desigine will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or applicable requirements. The latest version will be posted on this page with its updated date.
16. Consumer Rights and Applicable Law
These terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable law and do not remove mandatory consumer protections. For Indian consumers, the National Consumer Helpline provides information about consumer rights and grievance support.
17. Contact Us
If you have a question about these terms, an order, a product or your account, please use our Contact Us page.
